Using JPG Overlays for a Natural look

You want to use the JPG Overlays and you don't know how to? Well here we will give you a step-by-step crash course, it's very easy even for Photoshop begginers.

1.- Open your image

2.- Select FILE > PLACE (or Place Embeded)

3.- Select an Overlay or a Texture and click PLACE.

4.- Position the Texture/Overlay, then click the Check Mark ✔ to place the Texture/Overlay

5.- Change the Blend Mode to suit your needs - we suggest Multiply, Soft Light or Screen

6.- Congrats! You're done! You can adjust with the opacity and by adding a Layer Mask to the Overlay/Texture to erase or soften small areas that you'd like to erase.

*NOTE: If you are using a PNG overlay, as opposed to a JPEG overlay, you do not need to use a blend mode since the PNG files are working with transparent pixels. Simply place the image and that's all there is to it 😊.
